Job & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends relevant to the company’s business.
- Design business strategies aligned with the company’s development and commercial goals, including market targeting, segmentation, and differentiation.
- Participate in the development of new products or the enhancement of existing products, including determining features and pricing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective marketing plans for promoting the company’s products or services, including pricing, promotions, and distribution.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors or potential customers to ensure beneficial agreements.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with new or potential customers to expand the company’s business reach.
- Build and maintain a broad business network, including stakeholders in similar industries, potential partners, and competitors to support business development and collaboration opportunities.
- Gather and analyze information about competitors in the market to help the company identify differentiation opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Conduct surveys to design electric vehicle needs for clients, including creating operational schemes and budget calculations.
- Coordinate with the legal division to ensure clients can establish partnerships by making full payments for electric vehicles used over a specified period.
- Create a timeline that indicates the estimated progress of projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Urban Planning.
- At least 1–5 years of experience in business development, business consulting, supply chain management, transportation planning, or transportation financing.
- Experience in logistics, consulting, or mining industries.
- Strong analytical skills for in-depth data and business information analysis to provide insights to management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with management and clients, including delivering recommendations and making presentations.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects from start to finish.
- Ability to identify complex business problems and formulate innovative and effective solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing situations or business needs.
Proficiency in necessary tools such as Microsoft Excel and ArcGIS. - Logical planning and business reasoning that is coherent and sensible.
- Capability to develop operational transportation plans and budget calculations according to client needs.
